In September, to honour Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, CBA community came together to write and perform a story of Sunehra Ped (Golden Tree) to instill joy and hope in children undergoing treatment for cancer at PGICH, Noida.

The story was an attempt to establish that there is tree in us - a tree which witnesses changes in different seasons, sways in the wind but stands tall amidst all. The different parts of a tree - roots, branches, leaves, fruits and flowers - are within us, consistently taking shape and form. And if there is a tree in each of us, when we come together, we make a forest.

Together with children, their parents, support staff and doctors we crafted a loving and memorable experience for everyone.
