Sanjha | ą¤øą¤¾ą¤ą¤ą¤¾ : Circle of Care for Therapists
About the Group
Sanjha is a support circle for therapists (with at least 1 year of experience), anchored in childrenās books and organised by Childrenās Books for All.
As therapists, we work in relationships every day. This work can be deeply rewarding, and it can also be quietly draining. Holding space for others, offering care, and staying emotionally present is a continuous process: one that asks a great deal of us over time. There are parts of our experience that often remain unseen, even by those closest to us.
We may struggle to put into words what it is like to hold peopleās stories, especially the ones that stay with us long after sessions end.
Care, by its very nature, needs to be replenished. It is sustained through connection- by being met by others who understand both the weight and the tenderness of this work, and through spaces where we do not have to hold everything alone.
This circle is for therapists, regardless of where they are in their professional journey, who want a space to reflect, learn, and stay supported - both in how they practice and how they carry themselves in the work.
Over 12 sessions across 6 months, each meeting will explore themes that speak to both the human and the therapist within us. The journey will be supported by six childrenās books, with conversations and reflective activities that invite play, meaning-making, connection, and shared wisdom.
What the circle is not
This circle is not group therapy, peer supervision, or a space for clinical advice or case discussion. There is no expectation to solve, analyse, or perform professionally.
What the circle is
It is a reflective space for therapists to learn with and from one another through conversation and connection, and to feel supported in sustaining their work.
About Facilitators
Shweta Srinivasan (She/Her) is a psychologist from Mumbai and co-founder of TheMindClan.com, a platform curating inclusive mental health resources across India. She believes mental health is shaped by our socio-cultural and political contexts. Through Sanjha, she hopes to create space to share and reflect using childrenās books that support processing feelings with softness, slowness, and interconnectedness.
Pallack Bhutani (She/Her) is a therapist and also manages a team of counselors across a group of schools in Delhi NCR. She believes therapy begins with creating safety and trust so experiences can be explored and understood with care. Through Sanjha, she hopes to build a reflective community for therapists to pause, think, and feel together, using childrenās books that bring curiosity, imagination, and whimsy.
